Refund & Return Policy

1. Custom-Built Systems

All custom-built PCs are made specifically to customer-selected configurations. Due to the personalized nature of these systems:

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before parts are ordered or assembly has begun.

  • Once assembly begins, a cancellation fee of up to [10–20%] may apply to cover labor, processing, and restocking costs.

  • Fully completed custom systems are generally non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Defective Systems

3. Returns

Approved returns must:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective hardware.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable unless defective:

  • Custom-built PCs

  • Special-order parts

  • Software licenses or activated software

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Labor and assembly fees

5. Warranty Support
